Position OverviewRenewable Ergon seeks an experienced Consultant CFO to oversee financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor engagement for its U.S. projects on a commission-only basis.
This role suits an executive-level professional who prefers performance-based compensation tied directly to measurable financing outcomes rather than a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities- Lead project-finance strategy for New Jersey and California assets
- Structure and close institutional & private-capital raises
- Manage investor reporting and due-diligence processes
- Oversee compliance with U.S. financial and tax regulations
- Advise management on ROI, IRR, and cost-optimization models
